first_img West Ham manager Sam Allardyce 1 West Ham boss Sam Allardyce is hopeful that club captain Kevin Nolan and influential midfielder Mark Noble will be ready to ease the club’s injury crisis and return for the FA Cup clash against West Brom on Saturday.Allardyce was already missing key defender James Collins and Winston Reid and is now set to be without club record signing Andy Carroll for the next month after he suffered a recurrence of his knee injury during the 0-0 draw against Southampton on Wednesday night.To make matters even worse, West Ham keeper Adrian was sent off at St Mary’s Stadium and will also miss the fifth round tie at the Hawthorns as he serves a one match ban.Nolan was forced to miss the game at Southampton with a foot injury while Noble sidelined with a virus.But both players are hoping to declare their fitness and ease the selection worries for Allardyce as he looks to help West Ham reach the latter stages of the competition.last_img
